As Principal Product Designer, you will lead design across our Web3 ecosystem, from high‑stakes trading interfaces to immersive gaming experiences. You will define product experiences that make Web3 accessible, trustworthy, and compelling for users worldwide.

• Lead design across our diverse Web3 product portfolio, ensuring each product maintains its unique identity while contributing to a cohesive ecosystem.
• Set the quality bar as our Principal Designer, establishing design excellence across both financial and entertainment verticals.
• Translate complex Web3 mechanics—wallets, transactions, smart contracts, provable fairness—into experiences any user can understand.
• Partner with engineering teams to ship ambitious visions, balancing innovation with technical reality.
• Create scalable design systems that flex across dramatically different use cases.
• Design for the unique states and edge cases in both domains: transaction flows, gas optimization, cross‑chain interactions, game states, reward systems, social features.
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers, quantitative developers, game developers, and compliance to meet diverse technical and regulatory requirements.
• Champion user‑first design that excites traders and gamers alike.
• Build and mentor a world‑class design team capable of delivering excellence across multiple product verticals.

• Proven track record of designing engaging digital experiences across multiple product categories, ideally in fintech/trading and/or gaming.
• Senior‑level proficiency in UX, UI, and interaction design with a portfolio that shows range and adaptability.
• Working knowledge of Web3 concepts (wallets, DEXs, smart contracts, NFTs) with ability to design intuitive abstractions.
• Strong understanding of data‑driven interfaces and engagement‑driven experiences.
• Strong prototyping skills for complex interaction patterns and real‑time data updates.
• Experience leading design across multiple products or brands simultaneously.
• Track record of working across the product development cycle from vision to execution.

• Experience in both fintech/trading and gaming/entertainment sectors.
• Background in designing marketplace or ecosystem products that connect multiple user types.
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols and blockchain gaming mechanics.
• Experience with both B2C consumer products and sophisticated professional tools.
• Track record of building and scaling design teams across verticals.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in finance and gaming.
