My client is an institutionally backed Fintech business specialising in building cutting edge trading solutions for Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets. Their flagship was the first regulated custody solution for institutional crypto trading and, following their Series B funding round, they are now looking to diversify their commercial offering with a particular focus on tokenisation and staking.

As such they are growing their Product Management team and are looking for an experienced individual with strong knowledge of crypto and digital‑asset trading and blockchain technology.

What You’ll Do

The business has an aggressive growth strategy spanning client acquisition, geographic expansion, and service diversification. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of their product offerings by working closely with engineering, compliance, and operations to develop and deliver cutting‑edge custody solutions that meet rigorous regulatory standards and evolving client needs. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will drive product innovation and ensure the highest levels of security, compliance, and performance.

Prioritisation and alignment across the business are key, while maintaining flexibility to react to market drivers.

• Execute the product strategy and roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership and liaise between engineering and other departments.
• Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and manage project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Provide customer focus and insights to drive product innovation and improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of experience in financial markets, with 5+ years as a Product Manager.
• Experience with blockchain technology and tokenisation.
• A strong background in traditional financial markets (Trad Fi) and ability to engage with institutional clients in investment banking and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrable adaptability to continual change, strong problem‑solving skills, and a constructive, proactive mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• A strong STEM‑focused educational profile.
