As a Revenue Operations & Growth Manager, you'll own our revenue tech stack and unlock smarter, faster growth. Your work will directly drive how fast we grow.
- Own and optimise the full revenue tech stack (CRM, automation, attribution, analytics, reporting).
- Build clean, enriched data pipelines to give sales and marketing the information they need to move quickly.
- Run growth experiments end-to-end — from idea to execution to analysis.
- Create clear, accurate reporting across the funnel, helping the team understand what's working and what's not.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product to support revenue‑driving initiatives.
- Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Revenue tech stack runs smoothly with minimal friction for sales and marketing teams.
- Data pipelines deliver accurate, actionable insights that drive decision‑making.
- Growth experiments are executed rigorously with clear learnings and measurable outcomes.
- Reporting is trusted across the organisation and enables faster, smarter decisions.
- Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying and solving operational challenges.
- A genuine love of data, tooling, and systems.
- Experience running a modern GTM stack (Hub Spot, Zapier, Make, Clay, analytics tools, etc.).
- Comfort designing and interpreting experiments.
- A bias for clarity, structure, and getting things done.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to suggest better ways of doing things.
- Enthusiastic about AI tools and workflows and wanting to test new tools.
- Interest in financial services, fintech, or foreign‑exchange markets is a plus.
