• As a Success Factors Solution Architect within Accenture’s SAP practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex Success Factors programmes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, taking a holistic view of client implementations to ensure business processes are fully supported and tangible value is delivered.
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand their business and functional requirements, translate them into robust Success Factors solution designs and oversee their delivery.
• Ensure all Success Factors work streams remain aligned with the overall programme vision and integrate effectively with other systems, safeguarding end‑to‑end outcomes.

• Lead the overall design of Success Factors solutions with primary focus on EC and Time Management.
• Ensure alignment with client business processes and transformation goals.
• Act as a business advisor to coach, steer the client toward the optimal solution that reflects their business needs and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to analyse requirements, guiding them into functional and technical design artefacts.
• Provide oversight and guidance across multiple Success Factors modules and work streams, ensuring consistency and quality of delivery.
• Act as the bridge between client stakeholders, delivery teams and integration partners to manage internal/external dependencies and risks.
• Champion best practices, new capabilities and continuous improvement to maximise client value.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting project status updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.

• Bring innovative thinking, industry best practices, process knowledge and the latest trends in SAP Success Factors.
• Familiarity with the Success Factors roadmap and upcoming releases, and ability to align client strategies with platform advancements.
• Awareness of the latest trends in AI and innovations in HR technology and the ability to leverage them to drive business value for clients.

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior consultants, supporting their skill development and career growth.
  • Capability to lead business development efforts, including contributing to pre‑sales activities, proposal development and solution presentations.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership within Accenture and client organisations, driving transformational change and HR excellence.
  • Experience defining the strategic direction for SAP Success Factors service offerings and driving their implementation across projects.

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Success Factors (Employee Central plus at least one Talent module).
• Proven experience leading large, complex and multi‑module Success Factors implementations.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors with a minimum of 5 end‑to‑end implementations.
• Proficiency in managing multiple SAP Success Factors commitments simultaneously (e.g., as subject matter advisor in the sales process and/or on a delivery), ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
