Senior UX/UI Designer – PA Consulting

Join PA Consulting as a Senior UX/UI Designer and work on transformative design projects for private, public and defence sector clients across the UK.

• Lead end‑to‑end design initiatives from discovery, user research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes to high‑fidelity deliverables.
• Partner with product, engineering, consulting and research teams to translate strategic objectives into practical design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation and continuous learning.
• Advocate UX best practices, promote design thinking and influence client decisions and delivery excellence.
• Explore generative AI, emerging technologies and prototype new interaction concepts to drive innovation.

• 10+ years of senior design experience, delivering successful services for complex design projects in consulting or agency settings.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes and building strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and empathyn
• Expertise with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Storybook, Axure, Adobe XD, Miro and other collaboration tools.
• Versatile experience across Defence & Security, Health & Life Sciences, Energy, Financial Services and Government.
• Experience with UK Government Service Standard is a bonus.

• Design, prototyping and collaboration software (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Storybook, Axure, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural).
• Design systems, component libraries and cross‑product consistency.
• Exploration of generative AI and emerging design technologies.

• Full‑time, hybrid working – office or client site minimum 2 days per week.
