Exe Qut is seeking a mid-level Technical Project Manager to lead IT and software implementation projects as well as consultation engagements for enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.

• Lead end-to-end software implementation and IT consulting projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project charters, detailed plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports.
• Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery; run standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage internal and client stakeholders; ensure clear, timely communications and expectations alignment.
• Identify risks/dependencies early and execute mitigation and change‑control processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Produce technical and client‑facing documentation (SOWs, BRDs/FRDs, implementation guides, runbooks).

• 5 years as a Project Manager in IT/software enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in Software Implementation Project Management and Consultation Projects Management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications required.
• Strong command of Agile/SDLC and common PM tools (e.g., Odoo, Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English (spoken & written); technical writing proficiency is essential.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple work streams.

Role Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (GMT+3)
