• Develop product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

• Drive our ways of working for the entire product management organisation—codifying frameworks for discovery, delivery and measurement.
• Coach and support PMs, SPMs and PPMs globally to achieve their product goals, leading by example as the portfolio owner.
• Embed lean, agile and modern product management practices and contribute to the continuous evolution of our product function.

• Lead end‑to‑end product development for the collaborative delivery platform portfolio, from concept to delivery and scale‑up.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, domain experts, marketing) to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and adapt plans to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape.
• Gather insights from customers, project teams, business development, and industry experts.
