AWS Cloud Optimization Success is seeking a Solutions Architect who will build example scenarios and hands‑on labs to demonstrate best practices for deploying workloads in the cloud. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders to acquire and maintain proficiency in conducting Well‑Architected Framework reviews, using tools such as AWS Trusted Advisor and AWS Health. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with implementation engineers as well as senior executives like CTOs or CFOs.

We want to help our customers build cloud‑native applications and adopt new ways of thinking about technology solutions. Our information‑rich product uses advanced tooling to deliver the right content and advice to customers as they build and operate workloads on AWS. You will enjoy this role if you like working with partners and customers and helping them adopt and execute our solutions.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be technically capable and credible in shaping solutions‑focused skills of AWS partners and customers. You will conduct AWS Well‑Architected Framework reviews, remediate critical issues, and educate customers and partners on implementing best practices. You will build and maintain example workloads and labs that educate and onboard partner organizations, and you will help shape strategies to build mind share and broaden usage of AWS across partner and customer communities.

You will develop multi‑day workshops, lead white‑boarding sessions, and respond to inquiries from partners and customers while they learn and implement the AWS Well‑Architected Framework.

• Engage customers, ideally within a partner organization, and provide customer‑facing skills.
• Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
• Travel domestically (25‑40%) and internationally (EMEA and occasional broader travel) as required.
• Assist partners and customers in exploring AWS services and the Well‑Architected Framework, Cloud Adoption Framework, and supporting tooling.
