As Head of IT Infrastructure, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of Mace’s global IT infrastructure strategy. This role ensures the resilience, scalability, and security of our technology platforms, enabling the business to operate efficiently and securely across all regions.

You will work closely with senior leadership, technology teams, and external partners to deliver robust infrastructure solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

• Developing and executing Mace’s global IT infrastructure strategy.
• Leading the design and implementation of network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
• Managing infrastructure operations, including performance, capacity, and availability.
• Overseeing disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure services.
• Leading and mentoring the IT infrastructure team.

• Proven experience in a senior IT infrastructure leadership role.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, and networking.
• Experience in managing large‑scale infrastructure projects and budgets.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, AWS/Azure, or equivalent.
• Experience managing infrastructure in complex, global organizations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and integration with infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations in technology.
