You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

What we’re looking for

Omnea is scaling fast after raising its Series B in September 2025 -- and hiring is one of the most important levers we have. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Lead to take end-to-end ownership of roles for one of our hiring managers, owning the whole process from sourcing to close.

You’ll partner directly with one of our senior stakeholders, depending on which Hiring Manager you’re paired with. This will be one of our Chief Commercial Officer Abs, VP Customer Rebe, Head of Product Rob, or our Engineering Leads. In the interim, you'll dotted-line report into both our CFO Sabrina and your primary Hiring Manager partner, but you will report directly to our Talent Leader once they’re hired.

You’ll work to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for your area of excellence. You’ll drive everything from sourcing and outreach, to process design, to candidate closing. You’ll help us recruit top-tier talent and position Omnea as one of the best places to build a career.

We are building a very different type of talent function, focussed on quality & care rather than volume & speed. This role is for someone who wants to be embedded with senior leaders, have real ownership, and help shape the foundations of Omnea’s team as we continue to scale!

Right now our open talent roles are aligned to:

  • Engineering roles (software engineers). HM:
    Engineering leadership.

  • Customer Roles (Implementation and professional services, Technical operations and support, Solutions Associates). HM:
    Rebe

  • GTM roles. HM:
    Abs

  • What Can You Expect?
    • You will help us build Europe’s best talent org from the ground up, thinking from first principles and ensuring we continue to work with only the top 1%.

    • You'll spend a lot of time mapping, outreaching, and contacting candidates, and doing the first stage screening for your team.

    • You’ll create the playbook to hire your HM's roles, making talent a core competitive advantage of Omnea.

    • You’ll partner directly with senior leaders & hiring managers to shape role specs, align on success profiles, and constantly hit hiring targets.

    • You’ll elevate the hiring bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and obsessing over what “great” looks like.

    • You’ll craft strong outreach and messaging campaigns like a salesperson. You’ll cut through the noise to engage top-tier talent with authentic messaging.

    • You’ll shape Omnea’s presence in the market by contributing to employer branding, sharing thought leadership like Abs’ blog post on ‘Selling is Building’, and positioning us as the best place to work for the most ambitious talent.

    • You’ll build and nurture a personal network of the top 1% talent; running invite-only events, networking with investors, and becoming known as the go-to person for elite hires.

    • You’ve got 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups, or Agencies placing roles in high-growth startups, or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments. You know what great looks like in terms of talent and hold a high bar…
