Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for crafting intuitive, human‑centred digital experiences.

This is a role where you will truly own the design vision
—shaping a new IoT platform that will be used across multiple industries, with meaningful real‑world impact.

If you are driven by insight‑led design, care deeply about user experience, and want to influence a product from concept to delivery, this is the perfect environment.

The Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work at the heart of our IoT platform, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into elegant, scalable digital experiences.

You will be responsible for:
  • Creating end‑to‑end user experience designs for our new IoT platform
  • Designing UI components, visual concepts, and interaction models
  • Establishing and maintaining design systems and style guides
  • Producing wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high‑fidelity UI designs
  • Conducting user interviews, usability testing, research studies, and workshops
  • Mapping customer journeys, user flows, and service blueprints
  • Transforming insights into actionable product and design strategies
  • Driving alignment across teams through clear communication and facilitation

This role is highly collaborative, and you’ll work closely with engineering to ensure design intent is carried through to delivery.

What You Bring
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX excellence
  • Ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills
  • Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and lead cross‑functional collaboration
  • A user‑centred mindset, grounded in research and testing
  • Passion for consistent, scalable design across products and platforms

If you are excited by a role where design has a direct and measurable impact
, you will thrive here.

Join a fast‑growing British technology company at a pivotal moment and help shape the future of IoT experiences across multiple industries.
