A new AI‑focused project in a DDaT, Agile environment requires an experienced Data Analyst who has worked in Central Government / Public Sector environments.

Remote / Midlands. Inside IR35.

Data analysis expertise is needed to map the current use of data in the Department and consider options for improving first‑party data collection/analysis to support future marketing.

• Auditing the current use of data and developing a future data strategy for the client environment with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Audit of current data collection, quality, and usage, including compliance with GDPR and government standards
• Mapping of as‑is data collection and usage journey, applying statistical and analytical tools and techniques
• Applying fundamental principles of data ethics and privacy, and sharing data ethics and privacy risks through appropriate channels
• Recommending improvements to data collection, quality, and usage, including opportunities to increase capture of compliant first‑party data.

As well as a data‑analysis background in DDaT/GDS environments, you will need a solid understanding of Python.
