Senior UX Designer - Contract - Scaling Series B 🚀

💰Up to £500 per day outside IR35 - 4 month contract

🏡Hybrid working - 3 days a week onsite in London

We're partnered with a growing Series B who are disrupting the beauty industry and they are now looking for a Senior UX Designer on a contract basis as they continue to scale.

Their personalised platform gives their consumers access to shop for the best beauty products on the market and with the launch of their new mobile app, this role will be helping to shape the future of their web and mobile apps to offer the best experience to their loyal customer base.

You’ll be working closely with cross‑functional teams to design journeys for continuous engagement and you’ll have a wide remit across platforms enabling you the opportunity to create brand‑forward digital experiences for their customers.

• Lead design across their web and app to deliver end‑to‑end UX features for customer engagement, product discovery and retention
• Use customer insights, data and research to shape decisions and create high‑performing experiences
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, customer‑first journeys
• Translate the brands identity into digital experiences that achieve business goals

• Experience with in UX design and cross‑platform – you’ve designed both web and mobile features in a B2C or D2C environment
• Comfortable working with data and insights to guide decisions and experienced in customer research methods
• Good experience in stakeholder management
• Comfortable running your own user research when needed
