OKR & Transformation Consultant – Insurance Sector
We're seeking two experienced OKR & Transformation Consultants with deep expertise in Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), strategic transformation delivery, and C-suite stakeholder engagement within the insurance sector, including commercial and reinsurance.
This is a fast-paced, outcome-driven engagement requiring immediate impact — coaching leadership teams, shaping strategic alignment, and embedding OKRs in a complex transformation landscape.

• Coach and facilitate executive and senior leadership teams in shaping strategic OKRs that align with business transformation goals
• Act as the OKR subject matter expert (SME) to support delivery planning, tracking, and iteration
• Guide C-suite and senior leaders through the adoption of OKR frameworks, linking operational delivery to high-level business objectives
• Develop planning artefacts (roadmaps, prioritisation matrices, OKR tracking tools) to support structured rollout
• Engage, influence and challenge C-suite stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business and transformation portfolios
• Collaborate with consulting and client teams to drive a culture of accountability and outcomes-focused delivery

• Proven experience coaching and implementing OKRs at enterprise and programme level
• Track record of working with C-suite executives to influence strategic delivery direction
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across cross-functional and leadership teams
• Experience in complex insurance environments – ideally across commercial and reinsurance
• Strong organisational and planning capability, with a pragmatic and delivery-focused approach
