Salary: £28,547 – £30,199 per annum (35 hours per week)

As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive you will encourage innovation and grow skills, experience and knowledge. You will manage specific online channels to drive bookings and revenue, supporting the Digital Manager with implementing marketing plans and site development across all aspects of online marketing and website campaigns. This includes new media technology such as video and mobile.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid social, search engine (PPC) and display advertising.
• Create and run CRM automation strategies to improve customer interactions, increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners on website‑based projects with tight timelines and limited resources.
• Project‑manage inbound marketing campaigns and related projects, including planning and monitoring ongoing social‑media presence and maintaining media‑agency partnerships.
• Generate creative, data‑driven ideas for new content, implement regular website content updates and internal‑linking strategies, while maintaining brand‑aligned guidelines across all channels.

• Proven B2B digital marketing experience with strong knowledge of email marketing, paid social, inbound marketing, SEO/SEM, link building and CRM.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills to plan, execute and prioritise time‑sensitive website‑related tasks and projects.
• Robust experience in web analytics tools – Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Hub Spot.
• Track record of delivering revenue targets and using data insights to optimise campaign performance.
• Ability to write and edit high‑quality content for complex, regulated markets and implement successful lead‑generation strategies.
