PAM Engineer, Cyber Ark London (Hybrid) To £100K + bonus and benefits

Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer is required to join a prestigious financial services organisation with offices in the heart of the city of London. Within this pivotal role you will manage and optimise their enterprise-wide PAM solutions with a strong focus on the Cyber Ark Identity Security Platform (cloud). This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a critical security function within a global organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the secure management of privileged access across complex hybrid environments.

• Act as the operational owner and subject matter expert for the Cyber Ark Identity Security Platform (cloud)
• Implement and maintain PAM best practices, configurations, and integrations
• Manage day-to-day operations of Cyber Ark solutions including credential vaulting, policy updates, and session management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cyber Ark components and integrations
• Collaborate with internal security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to uphold regulatory and security standards
• Support migration projects from on-premise PAS to the Cyber Ark ISP cloud platform
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Stay informed on Cyber Ark product developments and emerging trends in identity security

• At least seven years' experience in PAM with five years hands-on experience in Cyber Ark Identity Security Platform (cloud) and/or Privileged Access Security (on-premise)
• Deep understanding of Cyber Ark components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PTA, AIM and cloud equivalents
• Proven experience managing PAM in large enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong understanding of identity security and enterprise security architecture
• Experience supporting or leading migration projects to cloud-based platforms
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure environments and hybrid infrastructures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cyber Ark certification (Defender, Sentry, Guardian) preferred

• Experience working with Cyber Ark Professional Services or certified partners
• Knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR
• Scripting experience using Power Shell or Python for automation and integration
