• Gain broad technical exposure across M365, G‑Suite, and network infrastructure with direct mentorship from senior administrators
• Play a pivotal role in evolving the tech stack of a well‑established, industry‑leading creative firm

• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues via a dedicated ticketing system
• Support the maintenance of cloud systems including M365 and G‑Suite, alongside Windows Server and network infrastructure
• Manage hardware life cycles, including equipment setup, performance monitoring, and ensuring robust security and GDPR compliance

• Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably within a creative or SME environment wearing multiple hats
• Technical proficiency in Windows Server, M365, and general network troubleshooting with a methodical approach to problem‑solving
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical creative teams
