• Cover permanent onsite staff holiday, sickness and absence leave.
• Provide basic maintenance support of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment and systems onsite.
• Provide AV/VC support to clients, their staff and external clients.
• Set up, operate, and maintain AV/VC equipment.
• Work as part of a permanent based AV team or independently on a lone site.
• Support end users as requested by the client.
• Event support including setup and operation of PA systems, VC system, projection systems etc. in small event environments or full auditorium setups.
• Cross‑train with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
• Admin processing as required.

• Ability to operate video conference hardware (Cisco, Webex, Poly, etc.) and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience operating PA, projection, and room control/booking systems (Crestron/AMX, etc.).
• Intermediate IT knowledge.
• Maturity under pressure; excellence in customer service.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills; flexibility for last‑minute requests.
• Ability to impart knowledge to others.
• Adaptability to unfamiliar surroundings.
• Can work well in a small team or independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
