• Build and own growth channels from zero across outbound, content, partnerships, communities, and experiments
• Work directly with founders to design and run founder‑led GTM loops
• Turn customer and market signals into repeatable growth systems
• Rapidly test hypotheses across ICP, messaging, channels, and conversion paths
• Identify and double down on what compounds, kill what doesn’t
• Operate inside the product engine to align growth with real user value

• Built growth at an early‑stage startup or developer tool
• Run scrappy outbound or demand loops that actually converted
• Experience in growth, GTM, product, ops, or founder‑adjacent roles
• Exposure to technical products or engineering audiences
