Join our growing SAP practice as a Senior SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Systems Integrator, helping global clients transform their trade compliance and customs processes with SAP S/4

HANA and GTS.

SC level Security clearance is mandatory. Only British Nationals who have lived consecutively in the UK for the last 5 years will be considered.

As a Senior SAP GTS Consultant you will take ownership of design and delivery of SAP GTS solutions. You will lead client workshops, manage work streams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure compliance with complex international trade regulations. You will also play a key role in pre‑sales activities, supporting RFPs, building proposals and shaping SAP GTS solutions for our clients.

• Lead SAP GTS work streams across the full project lifecycle – design, build, test, deploy, and hyper‑care.
• Own functional solution design for Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management and Trade Preference.
• Run requirement gathering sessions, perform fit‑gap analysis and align solutions with global trade best practices.
• Configure SAP GTS and integrate with S/4
  
  HANA logistics, MM, SD, TM and external broker/customs systems.
• Contribute to pre‑sales – scope definition, solution presentations, effort estimates and proposals.
• Ensure solutions comply with ITAR, EAR, EU dual‑use, HMRC, CBP, CBSA, AES, ATLAS and other global regulations.
• Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF developments and oversee testing (SIT, UAT).
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SAP GTS accelerators and practice assets.

• Extensive SAP functional experience, with substantial experience in SAP GTS.
• Led at least 2 end‑to‑end SAP GTS implementations as workstream lead.
• Strong knowledge of global trade compliance and customs processes across geographies.
• Hands‑on configuration experience in SAP GTS 11.0, 2020 or higher, integrated with S/4
  
  HANA.
• Experience in multi‑country rollouts, ideally in A&D, manufacturing or life sciences.
• Proven SI Partner delivery experience with onshore/offshore models and regulated industries.
• Pre‑sales exposure including solution shaping, RFP responses and client demonstrations.

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA & SAP GTS configuration expertise.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM, Jira/ALM.
• Knowledge of Tricentis qTest/Tosca or equivalent test automation tools.
• SAP Certified Application Professional – GTS preferred.
• Understanding of AEO, ITAR/EAR and customs authority integration desirable.

• Strong leadership and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate decision‑making workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants.
• Comfortable working in multi‑country and fast‑paced delivery environments.
