Circa £550 per dayWe are seeking an experienced RAID Manager to support a high-profile programme operating within a secure government environment. This role is critical to ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are clearly identified, actively managed, and transparently reported across the programme.

Own and maintain the programme RAID log, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely updates. Proactively identify and assess risks and issues, driving mitigation and resolution plans. Track assumptions and validate them as the programme progresses. Manage dependencies in collaboration with delivery, technical, and commercial teams. Facilitate RAID reviews, workshops, and escalation forums. Provide clear reporting and insight to senior stakeholders and governance boards.

Ensure RAID activities align with programme controls and assurance standards.

Proven experience in a dedicated RAID, PMO, or programme controls role. Strong understanding of programme and project delivery environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Experience working on complex, multi-workstream programmes. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
