We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Technical Delivery Director to oversee day‑to‑day technical operations and coordinate feature development of a live, multi‑platform XR project. The role combines program management, cross‑functional coordination and hands‑on technical contribution.

• Proven experience managing parallel work streams, identifying cross‑dependencies and risks and planning technical requirements.
• Experience managing fast‑moving operations, coordinating stakeholders, responding to partner needs and improving processes.
• Strong technical fluency in building scalable interactive content, with the ability to contribute robust technical solutions where needed.
• Excellent leadership skills, able to proactively drive teams towards solutions, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and capable of bridging technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively.
• Solid commercial Unity3D, C#, graphics and animation programming experience.
• Native application development (Android + iOS).
• Programming for Augmented and Virtual Reality.

• Working with the leadership team to align on goals, scope, priorities, and roadmap across work streams as well as identify and manage project risks.
• Be client‑facing, communicating plans, ensuring delivery with external stakeholders and coordinating accordingly with internal cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with the technical team to formulate, design and implement technical solutions to overcome dependencies and blockers, contributing code where needed.
• Help refine and optimise operational processes to improve monitoring, escalations and urgent issues.
• Coordinate with the project technical leadership to uphold cross‑compatibility. Lead and mentor technical teams to foster accountability and pro‑active problem‑solving.

This is a hybrid leadership/technical management role ideal for a candidate with a strong eye for detail who enjoys coordinating complex parallel work streams and contributing directly to the technical implementation. A commitment to operational excellence as well as product quality are essential.
