Get to Know Our Team

Our fintech team grows rapidly, partnering with finance and product owners to reduce risk, drive efficiency, and explore new markets. Projects span traditional finance, customer fintech such as Big Data reconciliation, real‑time payment optimization, millisecond tax calculations, and virtual credit cards.

The Opportunity

In this role you’ll design robust backend systems and architecture scalable data pipelines to support complex financial analytics and decision making.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full lifecycle of products—requirement gathering, technology selection, coding standards, agile delivery, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
  • Design, develop, and maintain platforms and data pipelines across fintech.
  • Build stable, scalable, high‑performant systems for dynamic financial operations.
  • Mentor and coach teammates and the broader engineering community.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to achieve product and technology goals.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of talent to shape the team.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years in Java, Kotlin, Scala, or C# with proven high‑performance production experience.
  • Experience with Hadoop, Spark, real‑time frameworks, advanced SQL, and data architecture.
  • System‑centric thinking: designing for edge cases, failure modes, and lifecycle.
  • Metrics‑driven decision making using data.
  • Passion for software craftsmanship and continuous learning.
  • Agile / Scrum experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Operational excellence, metrics, alarms, and dashboards knowledge.
Nice to Have
  • Fin Tech or payments background.
  • Domain knowledge: reconciliation, reporting, tax, payout methods.
  • Hands‑on experience with Spark, ETL, Kafka, Rabbit

    MQ.
  • Git Lab CI/CD, Kubernetes familiarity.
  • Large‑scale distributed system maintenance.
  • Leadership in projects or teams.

Bangkok, Thailand – relocation provided.
