• Guide and coach assigned Scrum Team(s) and the organization on using Agile/Scrum practices to deliver quality software that meets customer needs.
• Schedule and facilitate all Scrum team events, ensuring they are time‑boxed and focused.
• Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels of capability.
• Support teams with servant leadership, modelling Scrum and Agile values.
• Remove impediments by collaborating with appropriate personnel.
• Coach Product Owners on backlog refinement and management.
• Maintain the team board and space in JIRA & Confluence.
• Track & compile metrics and reports for transparency and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate discussion, decision‑making, conflict resolution, and delivery of work.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA (JQL, metrics), Confluence, MS Excel, MS Teams/Outlook Calendar.
• CSM or PSM I certification preferred.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
