We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Algorithm Engineer to design, implement, and optimise cutting‑edge AI and machine‑learning models that drive our core business solutions. You will be responsible for applying a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and complex algorithms to develop large‑scale model applications.

• Designing and implementing advanced machine‑learning and deep‑learning models, focusing on neural networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Applying principles of large‑scale models, including transformer architecture, fine‑tuning techniques, and vector databases, to development frameworks.
• Conducting in‑depth analysis and problem‑solving based on a deep understanding of mathematical concepts, statistics, and optimisation algorithms.
• Collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI algorithms into production systems and drive project success.
• Continuously researching, evaluating, and applying new AI and machine‑learning technologies to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Designing and performing rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure accuracy, stability, and scalability.
• Presenting complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Masters or Ph.D in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum five years of proven experience with AI‑related projects, demonstrating successful implementation and deployment.
• Proficiency in machine‑learning, neural networks, and NLP.
• Proficiency with mainstream large‑scale model application development frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the principles of large‑scale models (such as transformer architecture, fine‑tuning techniques, vector databases, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a strong grasp of mathematical concepts, statistics, and optimisation algorithms.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

We offer hybrid working which requires three days per week minimum to be based in our Central London office.
