CRM Manager (Salesforce) – Clear Bank

Role Overview

Lead the design, optimisation and governance of Clear Bank’s Salesforce platform across the Group. Partner with senior stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with Group‑wide priorities, drive customer engagement, operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities Strategic CRM Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive business growth, enhance customer experience and achieve revenue targets.
  • Own Salesforce vision for customer lifecycle, internal collaboration and business intelligence.
  • Act as trusted advisor to the Executive Committee on CRM opportunities and risks.
Enterprise Enablement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritise CRM initiatives that deliver commercial outcomes, efficiency and competitive advantage.
  • Embed Salesforce into core processes from onboarding to risk management and compliance.
  • Partner with Compliance, Infosec and Data Security to meet regulatory standards (FCA, GDPR).
Platform Ownership & Innovation
  • Oversee architecture, configuration and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Drive automation, AI and analytics to innovate within the platform.
  • Ensure scalability, security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, FCA, DNB).
Governance & Performance
  • Lead CRM governance forums for roadmap prioritisation, data quality and platform standards.
  • Define and track KPIs for CRM effectiveness, adoption and ROI.
  • Implement robust change management and training programmes.
Team Leadership
  • Build and lead a high‑performing CRM team – architects, product managers and analysts – to drive product development and backlog management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer‑centricity.
Experience & Skills
  • Proven track record in CRM strategy and Salesforce platform management in a regulated sector (banking/fintech).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Experience with deployment tools (Gearset, Copado) and integrations (Jitterbit, Docu Sign).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and passion for customer‑centric innovation.
