Technical Writer – Product-Based SaaS SME

Location: Remote

We are a product-based SaaS SME hiring a skilled Technical writer to create, manage, and scale high-quality product documentation. This role is ideal for a Technical writer with SaaS product experience who enjoys working closely with engineering and product teams.

• Write, edit, and maintain product documentation as a Technical writer
• Create user guides, API documentation, help articles, and release notes
• Translate complex SaaS product features into clear technical content
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to document new releases
• Optimize technical documentation for SEO, clarity, and usability

• Proven experience as a Technical writer in a SaaS or software product company
• Strong product documentation and technical writing skills
• Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Git, Notion)
• Excellent written English and attention to detail

• Product‑led SaaS SME with real user impact
• Ownership of technical documentation and content strategy
