The opportunity

We're looking for a strategic and hands‑on Performance Marketing Lead to establish and scale paid media as a core growth channel 'll be the driving force behind our paid strategy—from Google Ads to Linked In, Instagram, and beyond—while building the foundation for sustainable, data‑driven acquisition. This is a high‑impact role where you'll own the entire paid funnel: strategy, execution, experimentation, and optimization.

You'll work cross‑functionally with design, content, and demand generation to launch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

What You'll Own Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Build and execute our paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Instagram, with the flexibility to test emerging channels.
  • Own budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign performance across all paid channels.
  • Launch rapid experiments to identify winning tactics, creative angles, and audience segments.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with design and content teams to create high‑performing ad assets (static, video, carousel).
  • Work closely with demand generation to ensure paid campaigns align with broader campaign strategies and funnel objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing ops to optimize lead scoring, routing, and conversion tracking.
Sponsor ships & Newsletter Partnerships
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage paid sponsor ships and newsletter placements that drive brand awareness and qualified leads.
  • Test and optimize sponsorship performance to build a repeatable playbook.
Measurement & Optimization
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data—creative, targeting, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership on paid media performance and growth opportunities.
Website Ownership, Optimization & SEO
  • Own the end‑to‑end strategy, performance, and roadmap for the 9fin website as a primary demand and trial‑generation engine.
  • Lead continuous experimentation across UX, site architecture, CTAs, forms, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with design, content, and product marketing to launch new pages, refresh existing ones, and maintain consistent messaging across the user journey.
  • Manage website analytics, heatmaps, and CRO tools to uncover insights and drive data‑backed improvements.
  • Oversee technical and on‑page SEO, including site health, keyword strategy, content optimization, and internal linking.
About You You're a great fit if you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling paid acquisition channels from the ground up.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and paid social platforms (Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills—you are comfortable with attribution models and performance dashboards (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Salesforce, Omni, etc.).
  • Creative experimentation mindset—you love testing new ideas, iterating quickly, and learning from failures.
  • Hands‑on execution ability—you can build campaigns yourself, not just delegate them.
  • Collaboration skills—you work seamlessly with design, content, sales, and ops teams.
