Win As a TeamThis is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the future of technology delivery within Intact, driving transformation and maturity across the Test and Release Management Centres of Excellence. As the Head of Test and Release, you will play a key role in embedding best practices, elevating team capability, and delivering high‑quality technology outcomes that directly support Intact’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead the transformation and growth of the Test and Release Management Centres of Excellence, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and best practice across the organisation.
- Support, coach, and inspire high‑performing teams to deliver best‑in‑class testing and release management services.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align testing and release strategies with business goals and delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing new tools, frameworks, and ways of working to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams within testing or release management.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and align across business and technology.
- Demonstrated success in implementing best‑practice frameworks, tools, and governance to improve performance and delivery outcomes.
- Good leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive transformation across complex technology functions.
