Data Enablement Manager (12 month FTC) at Jupiter Asset Management
About JupiterJupiter is one of the UK’s leading investment management companies with just under 500 employees and £50.4 billion assets under management (as at 30 September 2025). It provides investment services to individuals and institutions through mutual funds, separately managed accounts and sub‑advised funds, and has offices across EMEA and APAC. The London office is near Victoria station and offers hybrid working (3:2) for employees, with on‑site facilities such as a cycle storage, table tennis room and on‑site shower.
Key Responsibilities- Project Alignment & Governance:
Work across Helix project work streams to ensure all CCLA data activities align with Jupiter’s Data Enablement Operating Model and governance framework. - Data Migration Oversight:
Support teams with data analysis, remediation, mapping, and validation to ensure accurate and consistent migration of CCLA data into Jupiter’s data estate. - Data Quality Assurance:
Validate that data migrated into platforms such as Fundipedia and Snowflake meets agreed quality standards and is fit for downstream consumption. - Ownership & Stewardship:
Ensure federated business teams have clear ownership and stewardship responsibilities for migrated data, with roles and accountabilities assigned and embedded. - BAU Transition Governance:
Confirm that all required project artifacts (processes, procedures, controls, etc.) are completed before onboarding data into Jupiter BAU operations. - Metadata Management:
Capture and document related metadata in the Alation data catalog to support discoverability and governance. - Change Management & Communication:
Manage data change project artifacts and communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and frameworks.
- Proven experience in data migration, data quality, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, Fundipedia, and Alation.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in financial services or asset management desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant data privacy and security regulations is a plus.
