We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our High‑Frequency Trading (HFT) product vertical, delivering trading systems where every microsecond counts.

• Lead low‑latency system design and continuous improvement to achieve and maintain sub‑millisecond latency.
• Ensure 99.99% uptime for all critical trading systems and underlying infrastructure.
• Drive commercial impact, shaping product activities that directly contribute to P&L, market share, and capital efficiency targets.
• Lead discovery, design, and development of trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools.
• Develop, own, and communicate a clear product roadmap, aligning traders, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee rigorous stress‑testing and integration of trading systems into back‑testing frameworks.
• Integrate compliance and regulatory requirements into the product roadmap.
• Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges, scanning the competitive landscape for strategic opportunities.
• Act as the central communication hub between traders, quants, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience with low‑latency or high‑frequency trading systems.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to understand complex financial models and trading strategies.
• Deep technical understanding of electronic trading systems, from market data ingestion to order execution.
• Solid grasp of financial trading principles and sophisticated risk‑management practices.
• Proven track record of translating business and quantitative needs into actionable technology requirements for engineering teams.

• Deep understanding of market microstructure, particularly within crypto markets.
• Passion for and deep interest in digital assets and crypto trading.
• Experience with agile product management methodologies focused on measuring and optimizing delivery efficiency.
• Background in software development or infrastructure engineering, especially with real‑time or high‑performance systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance landscape for financial markets.
• Previous experience in fintech, particularly with derivatives markets.
