Job Summary

An experienced Dynamics 365 Admin Developer is required to support, enhance, and optimise an enterprise CRM platform. The role covers hands on administration, development, customisation, and integration of Dynamics 365, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and security
Configure and customise Dynamics 365 including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and business rules
Design, build, and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and manage web resources and custom components
Design and implement APIs using NodeJS within Azure environments
Manage backend data and integrations using MS SQL Server
Extend CRM functionality using Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI features
