Darktrace is a global leader in AI for cybersecurity, protecting nearly 10,000 organisations with its proprietary AI platform. Founded in 2013, the company offers a proactive cyber‑resilience platform that protects the entire digital estate – from network to cloud to email – and is supported by more than 2,400 employees worldwide.
We’re looking for a Web Architect to own and optimise the technical and operational backbone of Darktrace’s global website, powered by Webflow. The role ensures the site functions reliably, stays secure, and can scale and integrate with the rest of our marketing stack, including CRM and analytics tools.
Responsibilities- Website Performance, Reliability & Monitoring
- Ensuring site reliability by monitoring uptime, optimizing core web vitals, and resolving performance issues.
- Managing infrastructure and scalability through hosting/CDN configuration and redundancy planning.
- Integrations & Automation
- Managing integrations with Hub Spot, configuring GTM/GA4, and implementing cookie‑consent and tracking logic in compliance with regulations.
- Extending functionality with serverless functions to address Webflow limitations and streamline workflows.
- CMS Architecture & Webflow Management
- Evaluating CMS structure, optimizing fields, metadata, templates, and workflows to make content management intuitive for marketing.
- Technical SEO/AEO Implementation
- Implementing changes recommended by the SEO team around schema markup, redirect logic, sitemap, and crawl customization.
- Managing user roles and access control across Webflow and related tools.
- Documenting processes and contributing to website governance.
- Deep expertise in web architecture and experience with Webflow or comparable CMS/DXP.
- An AI‑first mindset, constantly exploring emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact.
- A proactive, curious problem‑solver who approaches challenges holistically and thrives on interconnected solutions.
- 23 days’ holiday plus public holidays (increasing to 25 days after 2 years of service).
- Additional day off for your birthday.
- Private medical insurance covering you, your cohabiting partner and children.
- Life insurance equal to 4 × base salary.
- Salary‑sacrifice pension scheme.
- Enhanced family leave.
- Confidential Employee Assistance Program.
- Cycle‑to‑work scheme.
