We are looking for a hands-on Lead Consultant (Azure & AWS) with strong customer-facing skills to drive enterprise cloud transformations by designing and implementing cloud architectures, leading migration and modernization initiatives, applying automation and Dev Ops practices, providing technical leadership, and mentoring a team of consultants.

• Lead and drive cloud transformation initiatives as a hands-on Multi-Cloud Consultant (Azure & AWS) for enterprise clients.
• Partner closely with Amdocs consultants and client teams to implement cloud solutions.
• Design and implement cloud-based architectures in line with best practices and enterprise guidelines.
• Define and lead migration and modernization services into hyperscale cloud platforms.
• Lead the implementation of modern automation and software deployment methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to consultants.
• Provide line management to a team of consultants.

Must-Haves:

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer-facing consultant mindset.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud transformation and delivery in large-scale enterprises.
• Proven experience leading cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Expert Knowledge:
• Enterprise-scale solution architecture and design.
• Cloud-native and hybrid networking, security, and reliability.
• Microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Cloud Data Platform design and implementation.
• Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• IaC and CaC tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, and Ansible.
• Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Code Pipeline, or Code Deploy.
• Automation scripting in Python, Power Shell, or Bash.
• Agile delivery at enterprise scale.
• Expert-level Azure or AWS certifications

Soft Skills:

• Confident communicator and strong presenter.
• Curious, self-driven, and solution-focused.
• Client-facing, professional, and able to facilitate discussions effectively.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with GCP or other public clouds.
• Experience with financial services clients.
• Proficiency in French.
