IT Operations Infra Manager

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to lead our office infrastructure and operations landscape globally. This role will oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure management, desktop support services, office operations, and vendor governance—including managing our MSP (Managed Service Provider) relationships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of IT services, while also leading infrastructure migration and transformation initiatives.

• . Infrastructure & Operations Management
• Oversee enterprise-level infrastructure including network, servers, cloud services, security appliances, and end-user technologies.
• Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems across all office sites.
• Own IT operational KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks.
• . Desktop & End-User Services
• Manage desktop support services across offices ensuring timely and quality resolution of incidents.
• Define and implement best practices in device provisioning, asset lifecycle management, and endpoint security.
• . MSP & Vendor Governance
• Act as primary liaison with external MSPs and IT vendors; ensure compliance with SLAs, support metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and manage escalations efficiently.
• . Office Infrastructure & Fit-Outs
• Lead IT enablement for office setups, expansions, and relocations—including procurement, installations, and connectivity setup.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Admin teams to ensure seamless technology operations in physical work spaces.
• . Infrastructure Projects & Migration
• Lead infrastructure migration projects (on-prem to cloud, server upgrades, platform transitions, etc.) with minimal business disruption.
• Apply structured change management and risk mitigation practices during all transitions.
• . Security, Compliance & Governance
• Ensure infrastructure and desktop environments comply with company policies, GDPR, ISO , and other regulatory frameworks.
• Support IT audits and internal compliance checks.
• . Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of IT operations staff and contractors.
• Partner with business units and global IT teams to deliver strategic technology roadmaps.
• . Financial & Asset Management
• Own and manage infrastructure and operations budgets including hardware, licenses, and support services.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and oversee procurement.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• – years of experience in IT operations / infrastructure roles within large enterprises.
• Proven experience in managing MSPs, large-scale migrations, and multisite operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, endpoint management, and Microsoft / Azure stack.
• Hands-on understanding of ITSM frameworks, ideally ITIL certified.
