Salesforce Agentforce Lead - SC Cleared

We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Lead to join our client on an initial 6 month contract, inside IR35.

• Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce solutions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership across Agentforce, Data Cloud (Data 360), Service Cloud, Omnistudio, and Public Sector Solutions
• Support and guide development teams, including prompt engineering and traditional Salesforce development
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and architectural trade-offs
• Lead design sessions, solution walkthroughs, and product demonstrations
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities including solution architecture and delivery roadmaps
• Mentor and develop high‑performing Salesforce delivery teams

• Strong Salesforce architecture background with a focus on Agentforce
• Experience across multiple Salesforce technologies, including at least three of:
• Service Cloud
• Data Cloud (Data 360)
• Public Sector Solutions
• Omnistudio/Salesforce Industries
• Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governance, security, and compliance
• Experience with source‑driven development, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce certifications highly desirable (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Application Architect, Public Sector)

• Applicants MUST hold UK Security Clearance
• Experience working in regulated or public sector environments is advantageous
