SENIOR USER RESEARCHER (INFOSEC) - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT - HYBRID 2 DAYS ON SITE OR WHEN REQUESTED FOR MEETINGS - RATE £650 PD INSIDE IR35 - MUST BE SC CLEARED

This role is Hybrid and can be based in either Manchester/London or Bristol. Meetings will be in London.

We are after an SC Cleared Senior User Researcher to join a busy Government client in their Information Security Department.

• Proven user researchers with experience of working with internal participants and building understanding of technical subjects.
• Helping teams adopt a wide range of user research methods, analysis.
• Planning and designing a range of User Research activities.
• Working closely with product managers, engineers and security experts to turn user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable improvements to privileged access management (PAM).
• Presenting at meetups, writing blog posts.

• Privilege Access Management (PAM).
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Working in a secure environment within Government or Central Government.
• Application of research methods.
• Understanding of the social and technological context for government services.
