About The Context

The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi‑year global transformation programme in Finance & Operations. It is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all our regions, harmonising multiple regional ERPs, and establishing a standardized, single global core ERP model based on the SaaS Microsoft D365 F&O platform.

As a Senior Manager of Technical QA, you will ensure the quality and performance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. You will leverage automated testing expertise and quality‑assurance methodologies to enhance the testing framework and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

• Proactively involved in development, planning ahead for testing, cutover and run activities.
• Drive the solution quality‑assurance lifecycle, defining the HERO QA strategy and framework, aligning with leading practices from our partners and focusing on development, deployment controls and quality controls.
• Plan, develop, and execute QA strategy across products and platforms, working closely with D365 Product and Architecture teams.
• Identify and implement optimisations related to code performance in customisations.
• Assure partner contracts/Statements of Work contain the relevant QA scope and are integrated into the overall HERO framework.
• Collaborate with regional tech teams to align on QA frameworks and localisation requirements.
• Assist in Post Go‑Live Root Cause Analysis (RCA), proactively identifying improvements to the QA framework.
• Define quality metrics and create processes to measure and monitor product performance with preventive monitoring.
• Implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Analyse test results and communicate findings to stakeholders, driving discussions on quality improvements.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, working with the testing lead/partner.
• Build a quality‑driven engineering culture that supports rapid, confident product releases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality aspects of releases.
• Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signals and scale testing efforts across multiple products.

• Deep understanding of the D365 technical stack, with previous hands‑on coding experience in a global organisation.
• Expertise in D365 programme languages such as X++, technical frameworks (e.g., D365 SDK, .NET).
• Proficiency with tools like Git Hub and Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience with D35 in a global context, specifically ISVs, left‑shift architecture and solution considerations.
• Strong experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing (e.g., Tosca).
• Awareness of industry standards for data protection (e.g., GDPR) and agile methodologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Deep analytical thinking to undertake holistic QA reviews and drive software‑engineering approaches.
• Strong presentation, leadership, and client‑development skills for engaging C‑level management and global stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and multi‑tasking skills, with a keen attention to quality and self‑motivation.
• Proven track record delivering full project life cycles.
• Intellectual curiosity, especially around emerging enterprise technologies.
• Experience in an international context and cultures.
• Process‑driven and pragmatic approach to supporting the business.
• English is mandatory; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
