Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for quality assurance and delivery in the exciting world of IT Service Management? Our client is seeking a Service Now Catalogue QA & Delivery Lead to bring a 'testing mindset' to their team and drive successful outcomes in their Service Enablement journey.

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on testing practices, responsible for establishing effective testing strategies and processes to ensure the successful delivery of the Request catalogue build-out. You will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for Service Now catalogue enhancements.

• Test Strategy Development:
  Create and optimise testing and automation strategies, including defect management and reporting.
• Project Management:
  Ensure timely delivery of project aspects while tracking work in JIRA.
• End-to-End Testing:
  Validate workflows, automation, approvals, and integrations for a seamless experience.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Facilitate regular updates and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Documentation Management:
  Track and maintain documentation of test cases, results, and issue resolutions.

• Understanding of IT Service Management processes and Service Now Service Catalog functionality.
• Service Now experience (especially Service Catalogue / ITSM / Service Request workflows).
• End-to-end testing / QA experience – validating workflows, automation, approvals, integrations.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Service Now Catalog enhancements and related initiatives.
• Quality assurance mindset – ensuring solutions meet business and operational requirements.
• Experience testing service management processes – not just applications, but process and tool together.
• Agile delivery experience – JIRA (or similar), working in sprints, backlog tracking.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee testing and QA of Service Now Catalogue items.
• Track end to end testing, maintaining documentation of test cases, results and issue resolutions.
• Project management activities, ensuring timely delivery in Agile manner, tracking tasks and epics in JIRA and coordinating outcomes across teams.
• ALM Octane, Python, Java essential.

• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record in Service Now testing and administration.
• Ability to translate complex work into executive-ready presentations.
