Endur QA Lead

We are seeking a Senior Endur Test Analyst / QA Lead to support a greenfield Endur v25 implementation covering Natural Gas, LNG, Power, and Certificates. This role will define and execute the testing strategy, design comprehensive test plans, and ensure quality across all functional areas. Experience with test automation and proficiency in Jira (or similar) for managing user stories and test cases is highly desirable.

• Define and implement the overall testing strategy for Endur v25 greenfield implementation.
• Develop detailed test plans, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across Natural Gas, LNG, Power, and Certificates design areas.
• Collaborate with the business owners and IT teams to create test scenarios and scripts.
• Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate test environments and data preparation.

• Utilize test automation tools (knowledge of frameworks is a plus).
• Manage and track testing progress using Jira or similar tools, including creating and maintaining user stories and test cases.

• Work closely with business teams to validate requirements and ensure coverage of critical scenarios.
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, defects, and risks to project leadership.

• 8+ years of experience in Endur as a Business Analyst or Test Analyst.
• Proven ability to design and execute complex testing strategies for Endur (or similar ETRM systems) implementations.
• Strong understanding of Endur functional areas (trade lifecycle, risk, settlements).
• Experience with Jira or similar tools for managing user stories and test cases.
• Familiarity with test automation tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of energy trading business processes is a plus.
