• The Regional Business Intelligence Analyst EMEA/LATAM is responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting consumption data across the region
• The role supports regional leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering accurate insights, performance tracking, and data models that guide operational and strategic decisions.

• Ensure data integrity by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
• Partner with data owners and operational teams to resolve data problems.
• Work with Python and Databricks to process, transform, and automate data pipelines where required.

• Perform deep dives to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain Excel-based analytical models.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data models and DAX calculations.
• Apply Python and Databricks for advanced analytics, data preparation, and large-scale data processing.

• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports for regional stakeholders.
• Translate complex analyses into clear summaries for non-technical audiences.
• Support forecasting and data-driven decision-making.

• Work closely with BU and Global teams to align data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Provide data support for ongoing initiatives, special projects, and process improvements.

• Experience in a multinational environment, working with cross-regional teams and data.
• Experience working with consumption data.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas).
• Advanced experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modelling).
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, capable of summarizing insights clearly.
• IT savvy across core business applications (Windows, Office, etc).

• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
• High degree of accuracy and data integrity focus.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management across geographies.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving data needs.
