SAP Solution Architect

Lead solution architecture for an S/4

HANA based transformation program, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data & analytics, applications and technologies.

• Define the solution architecture for challenging transformation projects – overall design including end‑to‑end integration and data migration.
• Ensure technical solutions, platforms and systems satisfy business requirements and future needs.
• Develop and implement an enterprise roadmap for SAP S/4
  
  HANA and related new solutions, including the ERP non‑functional roadmap and enterprise‑wide integration requirements.
• Provision digital capabilities to transform the business and enable new business models.
• Provide leadership, guidance and technical solutions for focus areas such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, digital platforms, Cloud Integration, API Management, AI, Advanced Analytics and IoT.
• Maintain a well‑structured solution architecture framework – delivering on time, cost and quality within budget.
• Adhere to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Lead and participate in governance forums including Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards and Integration Management meetings.
• Participate in business development and pre‑sales activities, including proposals and responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Proactively manage, monitor and report on solution architecture topics, risks and mitigation, and own resolution of any issues.
• Liaise with third‑party providers and vendors as required.
• Manage internal consulting resources, third‑party provider resources and contract resources.

You design and manage complete enterprise solutions, demonstrate leadership in the architect community and show passion for technology and business acumen.

• Extensive work experience in a consulting company on large‑scale SAP transformation programs.
• Proven delivery capability for large‑scale SAP based transformation programs.
• Practical application of project management life cycle principles and methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Model Company, SAP Value Lifecycle Management).
• Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks and models (e.g., TOGAF).
• Solid understanding of major SAP data objects and enterprise structures.
• Knowledge of major SAP applications including S/4
  
  HANA, IBP, MDG, etc.
• Experience applying technologies such as Cloud, APIs, AI and IoT.
• Successful delivery of SAP using a value‑driven transformation approach.
• Excellent client interaction skills; ability to build trusted relationships and co‑create solutions.
• Strong influence and communication skills to secure buy‑in from senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Collaboration within the firm and ability to leverage existing resources.
• Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing and communicating data for different audiences.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
