As Senior Product Manager – AI Experiences, you will define, deliver, and scale AI‑powered products that make comparison journeys smarter, faster, and more personalised. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI experiences, from opportunity identification and strategy through to production implementation, optimisation, and measurable impact.

In addition to building AI features within Compare the Market’s products, you will be responsible for how CtM’s capabilities are surfaced and consumed within the wider AI ecosystem. This includes defining product strategies for external AI surfaces such as conversational assistants, agent platforms, APIs, and emerging AI marketplaces (e.g. ChatGPT apps and agent‑to‑agent interactions). This is a hands‑on senior product role focused on turning AI capability into real customer and commercial outcomes – balancing innovation with trust, performance, and regulatory responsibility.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Define a clear vision for AI‑powered customer experiences across Compare the Market
  • Identify high‑impact opportunities for AI across customer journeys, partner interactions, and internal platforms
  • Develop and maintain a prioritised roadmap that delivers measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, efficiency, and revenue
  • Align AI investments with business strategy, customer trust principles, and regulatory obligations
  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI features from concept through production, scaling, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data to ensure AI experiences are production‑ready, reliable, observable, and cost‑effective
  • Make informed trade‑offs across speed, quality, performance, cost, and risk
  • Be accountable for post‑launch outcomes, including adoption, accuracy, customer impact, and ongoing iteration
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager (or equivalent) shipping AI‑powered products into production
  • Hands‑on experience owning AI features end‑to‑end, from discovery through delivery and optimisation
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies (e.g. generative models, conversational systems, embeddings, agentic workflows) from a product perspective
  • Experience working closely with engineers and data scientists on complex, AI‑driven systems
  • Ability to define clear success metrics and guardrails, balancing customer value, commercial outcomes, and risk
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing at senior levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to responsible, transparent, and customer‑centric AI development
