The Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit in CGI is a true IT systems integrator. We work, build and operate bespoke, technically complex, mission‑critical systems for our clients. You will support an existing team on a large, well‑established programme, with opportunities for development through on‑the‑job training and external courses.

Location:

Hybrid – Leatherhead and London offices. Due to the secure nature of the programme you must hold or be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

• Maintain client deliverables and repositories
• Support project planning and forecasting
• Onboard and offboard project staff
• Produce financial reports (DSWeb, DS3, HCR) and invoicing
• Handle procurement, supplier set‑up, sub‑contractors and audits
• Maintain project codes (setup, assignments, maintenance)
• Advise on contractual deliverables and internal processes
• Governance, reporting and exposure to client‑facing PMs

• Strong time‑management, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive self‑starter approach
• Experience supporting senior members
• Data analysis and presentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams skills

• Good networking skills
• Financial control and reporting experience
• Experience with industry or government clients
• Experience handling UK security‑classified documents
