Job Details- Job Title: 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer
- Employment Type: Full‑time, 24/7/365 service including bank holidays
- Shift Pattern: DuPont 4‑week rolling rota:
- 4 Nights, 3 Days Off
- 3 Days, 1 Day Off
- 3 Nights / 3 Days Off
- 4 Days / 7 Days Off
- Location: Remote, with travel to client sites when required
- Salary Range: £40-£45K per annum, DOE
- Start Date: Q1 2026

ResponsibilitiesAs a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of a 24/7 operational team supporting all aspects of our Infrastructure, Network, and Security management. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
- Overseeing technical operations and ensuring reliability and security of client environments
- Maintaining strong relationships with high‑profile clients and stakeholders
- Adhering to best practices and processes to provide uninterrupted support and coverage
- Collaborating with 2nd and 1st line teams to resolve complex incidents and escalations
- Participating in on‑call rotations and incident investigations in a DuPont shift pattern
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Security principles and best practices
- Proficient knowledge of routing, switching, and WAN/LAN technologies
- Experience with physical and virtual firewall solutions, particularly Fortinet SDWAN, firewall switch technologies, Cisco ISE, and Cisco Meraki Wi‑Fi
- Hands‑on experience with SIEM, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Endpoint Protection controls
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous 3rd line or Tier 3 technical support experience is preferred but not required
- 22 days holiday + additional birthday day off
