IT & Digital Support Agent | Promote & Support Digital - Volunteer
Extinction Rebellion is looking for an IT & Digital Support Agent to help volunteers with their technology queries.
What you will be doing- Respond to or pass on requests received via email and messaging systems.
- Provide support to volunteers by finding information that enables them to use XR tools and systems effectively.
- Acquire knowledge of system tools as needed and refer to specialists when necessary.
- Help volunteers become confident and effective in using our tools and systems.
- Reduce the need for in‑person support via efficient digital assistance.
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT and Digital support.
- Knowledge of IT systems.
- Familiarity with Extinction Rebellion.
- Organised and good written communication skills.
- Customer service or help desk experience.
