Apply to join our Data & Analytics Consulting Practice at Enfuse Group in London. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data and AI Consulting Manager to lead engagements across our specialist industries, including higher education, travel and transport, retail, and hospitality.

- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from strategy and architecture to delivery and assurance.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable data and AI strategies, solutions, and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the design and build of modern data platforms and accelerators across Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Ensure governance, standards, and compliance are embedded in all client solutions, aligned to industry best practice.
- Manage client relationships at senior levels, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
- Manage and mentor Senior Data Consultants and other team members, providing coaching, career development, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance consulting culture.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and the ongoing capability development of the consulting practice.
- Shape and promote Enfuse’s AI-enabled data accelerators to simplify and accelerate client outcomes.
- Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, pitches, and client conversations.
- Develop thought leadership on data and AI trends, with particular relevance to our specialist industries.
- Help refine Enfuse’s service portfolio and go-to-market strategies to align with evolving client needs.
- Strong consulting background with experience in data strategy, architecture, governance, analytics, and AI enablement.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering cloud-first data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern warehouse/lakehouse technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query).
- Familiarity with dbt, orchestration tools (ADF, AWS Glue, Google Dataflow), and CI/CD frameworks (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, etc.).
- Deep understanding of data governance, metadata, and compliance (GDPR, PCI, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to engage senior executives.
- Strong problem‑solving and structured thinking skills, able to synthesise complexity into clear action.
- Direct experience in higher education, travel and transport, retail, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of real-time data processing (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), loyalty systems, or marketing analytics.
- Awareness of AI/ML integration in operational environments.

Interview Process- 1st Stage – ‘Get to Know You’ Behaviours and Attitudes Competency Interview (1 hour)
- 2nd Stage – Case Study Exercise Interview (90 mins)
- 3rd Stage – Cultural Fit Interview (1 hour)
