Senior Customer Success ManagerLocation:
London, United Kingdom
- Being representative towards our customers and service delivery
- Collaborating with Sales and Pre‑Sales on contract extensions and upsell opportunities
- Focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty while building long‑term relationships
- Controlling service financials, forecasts & profitability
- Managing contractual obligations
- Operational service governance (SLAs, KPIs, financials, deviations, risks)
- Adhering to planning, reporting, and escalation processes
- Proactively recognizing customer needs and using Nordcloud’s resources to drive continuous improvements, such as process updates, data quality, documentation maintenance, automation proposals, and lessons learned
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Service Delivery Management
- Strong awareness of technology, including public cloud
- End‑to‑end ownership, self‑driven approach, and a "Get it done" attitude
- Managed services knowledge and ability to govern teams independently
- Customer‑centric mindset
- Legal and commercial competence to handle contracts and financials
- Good comprehension of P&L and factors influencing commercial success of a project/account
- High presentation skills (spoken and written) and facilitation of workshops
- Problem‑solving skills and data analysis ability
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Individual training budget and exam fees for certifications
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working model
