Our Supply Chain Management Team supports the world's most recognizable brands to design and implement a future‑ready operating model for supply chains that balance cost, speed and service. We are a global team operating from various locations in Europe, North America and India. We focus on consulting services around Customer Centricity, Procurement Experience, Supply Chain Planning, Smart Operations and Agile Logistics.
We're looking for a PLM Consultant to design, implement, and optimise PLM solutions for clients across industries. You'll combine technical expertise with consulting skills to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyse client PLM requirements and processes
- Design and implement PLM solutions aligned with client objectives, including workflow design, data management and integration with ERP/CRM systems
- Configure and implement PLM systems (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, SAP PLM)
- Assist in creating PLM roadmaps, governance models and best practices for clients
- Support data migration, integration, testing and user training
- Recommend PLM best practices and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- 8‑12 years of experience in PLM implementation
- 8‑12 years of consulting experience
- Experience with PLM integration with ERP, MES or CRM systems
- Hands‑on experience with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA or SAP PLM
- Strong understanding of product development processes, BOM management, CAD integration and change management
- Experience with PLM system configuration, workflows and data modelling
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver results in a fast‑paced consulting environment
- Knowledge of industry‑specific product development processes (e.g. manufacturing, consumer goods and life‑sciences/ pharmaceuticals)
- Certification in relevant PLM tools
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesising, documenting and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
- Project‑related mobility/willingness to travel
