As an Integration Engineer
, you will lead the development of our new Boomi integration platform, enabling seamless, automated data flows across our digital ecosystem. You'll bring deep technical expertise in Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools and API management, playing a key role in shaping how our systems connect and communicate. You'll also support our data engineering team and contribute to our broader digital transformation programme.

This is a hands‑on role with strategic impact, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex integration challenges and wants to make a real difference in a mission‑driven organisation.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient integrations across systems.
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation and present designs to technical governance boards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.
• Build and manage APIs and integrations with external partners and platforms.
• Promote best practices in data governance, quality, and lifecycle management.

• Proven track record designing and supporting complex integrations in Boomi or comparable iPaaS, with strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and when to apply them.
• Hands‑on experience with iPaaS tools (e.g. Boomi, Mule Soft, Workato, Snap Logic).
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics platforms, and data warehouses would be beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate and coach across teams to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.

• A salary of £60,000 per annum
